Yes!  Prior experience of shamanism is not required as you will be guided through the process of connecting to the Medicine wheel and how to journey safely, step by step.   

However, please read the information above about having a level of spiritual maturity and ability to look after your own self-care.   

For example Embodied Shamanism is not suitable for anyone with severe & active mental health symptoms. It's advised for you to be in touch with a therapist regardless, especially if you have a history of CPTSD. You need to be able to care for yourself as some of the sessions are deep and may be triggering. 

The sessions are supported with love, the highest protection and I am always available if you need extra support.   

You also need to be able to commit to a daily practice (e.g. breathwork, meditation and in later stages of the course, shamanic journeys).  This will help you integrate the teachings and be able to journey more deeply (e.g. accessing the theta part of your brain)

This is something I wondered myself earlier in my journey.

Shamanism (we were called Awenydd) in ancient Briton is very connected to nature, the earth's cycles.

We create our own rituals, meditations and practices.  It's a path of service to the earth and  communities.

It's also at it's root about humility, owning our shadows and not giving our power away to structures, systems, people, teachings.

Becoming connected to Great Spirit (God) and Mother Earth.  Holy Mother, Holy Father. 

The Shamanic Path also involves the process of ego death, many cycles of death and rebirth!

Remembering the old ways, connecting to the elementals and elemental magic, the original joy and innocence of life.   

Ancient Britons were revolutionary, independent, wild and connected to the Earth, the earth grids.  Wisdom keepers of the earth, the dragons, the golden serpent energy.

Wicca/Witchcraft 

Modern Witchcraft/ Wicca teaching can involve set rituals, spells and may draw from practices via Gerald Gardner the 'grandfather' of modern Wiccan

Green/Hedge/White Witchery is different, deeply connected to the earth, the goddesses, elementals, herbs and shamanism.

Many of us (myself included) will have had past lives or ancestors who were persecuted/killed as witches, just for our connection to nature, midwifery, or practising herbal medicine so may feel affected by 'The Witch Wound'. 

Druidism

Druidism is an ancient pagan religion, connected to the Earth, the wheel of the year and many ancient practices.  There are many similarities with Ancient Druidism to Shamanism.

Modern Druidism began to develop about three hundred years ago during a period known as the ‘Druid Revival’

Shamanism

Is not a religion.  It's a way of life that follows no doctrine, no Guru, no hierarchy and gives you the tools and helps you open yourself up (in a very safe way as protection is paramount) to find your own connection to magic, Great Spirit, Mother Earth, our gifts, the land, the sacred places.. ..

I hold a degree and Masters from my old life!  I spent over 15 years in construction, project management, sustainability and environmental management in a corporate environment.   

After a spontaneous Kundalini awakening which began in 2018, I've been on a fast track healing and activation.  It's been intense!   

Since the awakening I trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, Breathwork facilitator, and did a 9 month long apprenticeship in Core Shamanism in 2020 (online), plus other shamanic modules with different teachers in person and online.  I have trained with five different shamanic practitioners in various courses and programmes, taking from various lineages.

In 2022, I joined another transformational programme (Oracle of Sophia) which was a next level initiation! This helped me understand about False Light and helped me reconnect to God/Great Spirit and put my shamanic skills in a wider multidimensional awareness of the world and understanding of the planet. 

I bring the magic of everything I have learned along the way, as well as my own medicine, journeys creations, rituals, downloads and inspiration from Spirit. 

My ancestors were Celtic and I hold deep ancestral wisdom of the land, the sacred places in Britain.  This wisdom is continually awakening within me.  

I am a grid worker (healer and guardian of the land), connected to dragon energy.  

I hold Sophianic energy (Grail Queen) connected to Upper World Guides - Isis, Joan of Arc, White Buffalo Woman. The White Buffalo Woman connection comes from a past life connection with the Lakota tribe in North America. 

Unfortunately we don't live tribally anymore in a shamanic way, to learn from elders or shamans in the tribe.  In the UK and other parts of Europe, our severance with our lineage may be thousands of years or multiple generations.  

We have our own shamanic clan who exist in the lower world (Shamanic Realm) to support our Initiation.  And we can connect to our magical ancestors shamanically to remember our lost gifts and reclaim what we have lost... 

In this Initiation I will take you through the process of deep magic and Initiation so you can connect to your Shamanic clan and your lineage... 

Absolutely yes! 

I didn't think it was possible beforehand, however my shamanic initiation began mid-Pandemic so the training I had booked on had to be online (we met in person to complete the training but I preferred the online elements) 

I then completed a 9 month shamanic apprenticeship which was all online.  I found to be so powerful and activating.

This will be the fourth time I have taught this course (it gets better each time, evolves and grows as the medicine weaves through me) and people have had really deep experiences and changed their lives from the programme. 

The course is a combination of live classes/teachings/activations and guided journeys which you do in your own time.
